Shared Responsibility
Conservation & Durability

Our shared responsibility aims to show you ways to increase the useful life of your products purchased at ABA. All ABA products are made with resistant materials of high durability, but depending on the way of use, the material can become enlarged or dirty. So we ask that you don't put things beyond what your ABA supports or things that don't belong (like a potentially deadly knife or that sticky chewed gum).

We've put together a number of problems that could happen and created a section on our website on how they can be solved in very simple ways. All the techniques taught, you can do it yourself from home and this will make it extend the life of your product for much longer. Below are some common examples and how to solve them:

Product Upcycling

Return of used product

Every product returned within or outside the exchange/return period undergoes an analysis to know the state of the material, as we want to understand what we can do so that the product can have a new use (upcycling).

Any product that returns and can be renewed while maintaining good quality will be offered for sale at a lower price in the u buy > renewed section.

Discount for new products

If you have already purchased one of our products and are tired of using it (look how difficult it is, huh?) or the poor thing is already pretty finished, we have a perfect solution for you. If you want to apply to return it to ABA, just contact us at repense@aba.com.vc , talk about your problem and we will help you in the process.

By sending it back you become more aware and give us the possibility to treat the raw material and see what can be done. With all this, you only invest once the full value of the product and whenever you return it for the reasons above, you will get a good discount on a new product. Think about it!

Return Flexibility

Replacement
​

We are very strict with our quality control, but occasionally something can go unnoticed. If your product is defective or we ship an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).

To place a flexible exchange order, you must have purchased your ABA through our website or one of our authorized resellers and must provide proof of purchase.

This exchange covers unanticipated failures in materials and workmanship and does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

How do I order?

Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the failure or damage. Including photographs of any flaws greatly helps to expedite claims.

Devolution
​

If you change your mind (this happens to the best of us) or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact support@aba.com.vc as we would like to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 60 days after delivery. There are a few things to note: return shipping is not covered and refunds need to be sent to the buyer's original payment method. All items must be returned in original ABA condition.

Remember that all our products come with a two-year warranty; therefore, if something goes wrong along the way, please let our support team know at suporte@aba.com.vc

* If you are eligible, we will email you a prepaid refund slip.


We will be happy to help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned in its original condition with the packaging intact. Please contact support@aba.com.vc for assistance.
